You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee.
Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription:
- Login to your T2M dashboard.
- Navigate to
Account Settings
>Billing & Subscription
page. - Under "Want to Cancel Subscription?" section, fill-in your reason (optional) and click on the "Submit Cancellation Request" button.
- Alternatively, you can always request cancellation by sending an email at support@t2mio.com or using our contact us page.
- We will process your cancellation in 1-2 business days.
