How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term or cancellation fee.

Note: After cancellation, your data (such as short URLs, QR codes, domains, analytics, and more) will be deleted at the end of your billing cycle.

Follow these simple steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Login to your T2M dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Billing & Subscription page.
  3. Under "Want to Cancel Subscription?" section, fill-in your reason (optional) and click on the "Submit Cancellation Request" button.
  4. Alternatively, you can always request cancellation by sending an email at support@t2mio.com or using our contact us page.
  5. We will process your cancellation in 1-2 business days.
