1. Terms
This website is operated by T2M URL Shortener. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to T2M URL Shortener. By accessing the website at https://t2mio.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Subscription
T2M URL Shortener may require you to subscribe to access some of the paid features. All the subscription prices for our pricing plans are shown in U.S. dollars (except where otherwise noted). Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on the first day of your recurring subscription ("Billing Cycle"). The billing cycle might be set either on a monthly, annual, or custom number of months, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when subscribing to the service.
Your subscriptions will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or T2M URL Shortener cancels it based on the Anti-Spam Policy (policy link is available in the footer of the website) or for any other reason. You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. There will be no cancellation fee.
Subscription requires a valid payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card or Bank account. We do not store any of your payment information.
In case automatic billing fails to occur for any reason, T2M URL Shortener will contact you by email and will send you an invoice that you can pay manually, with the full payment as indicated on the invoice.
3. User Accounts and Account Security
You may need to create an account with T2M URL Shortener to access some or all of the services and features. If you register for an account, it's your responsibility to provide the accurate account information, which includes your first name, last name, your email address, timezone, and password. We will contact you in case of additional information requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in the immediate termination of your account and your account associated data might be deleted with or without prior notification.
In case of sharing your account credentials with someone, you will be responsible for any and all activities or actions that occur under your T2M URL Shortener account.
4. Client Showcase and Testimonials
By using our services, you grant us permission to showcase your company name, logo, and any provided testimonials on our website and other promotional materials. These displays are solely for identification purposes and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with T2M URL Shortener.
You reserve the right to request the removal or exclusion of your company information or testimonials. Please contact our team to request any changes or removals.
5. Disclaimer
- The materials on T2M URL Shortener’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. T2M URL Shortener makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

- If any T2M user is involved in spreading any kind of SPAM or malicious activities then that can result in termination of their account or service without any prior notice and will be NOT applicable for any kind of refund.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T2M URL Shortener and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, arising out of or in connection with the service or these terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if T2M URL Shortener has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of T2M URL Shortener and its suppliers arising out of or relating to the service or these terms shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees actually paid by you to T2M URL Shortener for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Service availability, uptime, downtime, and interruptions of the service are governed exclusively by our Service Level Agreement. Where the Service Level Agreement applies, the service credits (or equivalent cash refund) set out in it are your sole and exclusive remedy, and T2M URL Shortener’s entire liability, for any failure to meet the uptime guarantee or for any unavailability, interruption, or downtime of the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T2M URL Shortener, its parent Zesle Software Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) the links, content, or destination URLs you create, shorten, store, or distribute through the service; (c) your violation of these terms, the Anti-Spam Policy, or any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any third party. T2M URL Shortener reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with T2M URL Shortener’s defense of such claim.

T2M URL Shortener has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by T2M URL Shortener of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
