If any T2M user is involved in spreading any kind of SPAM or malicious activities then that can result in termination of their account or service without any prior notice and will be NOT applicable for any kind of refund.
1. Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is simple and straight-forward. You can cancel your subscription at any time. There will be no cancellation fee. Please contact us regarding data deletion upon subscription cancellation. Refer to the next section regarding refund after cancelling.
2. Refund
- 30-days money back guarantee.
- We issue refunds for all of our services within 30-days of the subscription start-date.
- There will be no refund after the first 30-days of the subscription date. Service credits may be issued, where applicable.
- All of your data will be deleted upon successful refund.
Yearly Subscription Refund Calculation: Yearly subscription refunds will be prorated based on the number of full months used, calculated at the monthly payment rate; no refunds will be issued for partial months.
For example, You choose "Plan A" which has a monthly price of $89.99 and yearly price of $809.91.
If you paid $809.91 for yearly subscription and used service for 6-months then refund amount would be calculated as follows:
